Dry anchovy
What is a dry anchovy?
It is widely used in the Korean food cultures.
There are two kinds of dried anchovy. One is roasted for side dishes and the other is boiled together with soup to enrich the tastes.
The packing unit is basically 1.5kg. Other packing units, such as 1kg and 400g, are available.
